sitte old yuck stale no post activity

Here’s something from the mailbag. Allow me to translate this sub-human blather:

“Your website has, until recently, greatly entertained me. But recently I have noticed a drop-off in both the quality and quantity of your postings. I would appreciate an increase in activity, here on Friendshop.”

We concepted, shot and produced nearly seventy spots for IBM on The Masters golf tournament. In six weeks. We shot four to five spots per day. We edited three per day. The job ended with a week of all-nighters to get it all mixed, corrected and conformed. It felt like we were on some kind of reality show. Two-hundred-plus different masters to be approved and shipped? You bet. No one has ever done a job quite like this one.

Tim was saying that we always pick up new habits during big, long jobs. We always find new things or establish new, if temporary, traditions. This time it was definitely juice shots. Ginger, cayenne pepper and lemon detoxed us and helped us to retain the vital essences we needed to survive so much production in so few days.
